Our Macro-doses are made with one of the most potent of all psilocybe cubensis mushrooms. We test all mushrooms used in our Macro-doses for potency and have found that they contain well over 2% tryptamine content. Our Macro-doses are not truly “Macro” in the sense of being a large dose. These are still considered to be a “Micro” dose, meaning they produce very low effects. The term “Micro-dose”, coined in 2011 by James Fadiman, was defined by him as 1/10th of a hallucinogenic dose. For psilocybin mushrooms this dose is considered to be less than 200mg. Our Macro-dose is perfect for those looking for a slightly stronger affect than the traditional micro dose and can be double/triple dosed for an even stronger effect.

Dosing Schedule 1: James Fadiman

Take 1 capsule every third day. This insures that all the psilocybin is metabolized and excreted within 3 days, to prevent your body from building a tolerance.

Dosing Schedule 2: Paul Stamets

Take 1 capsule for 4 consecutive days, followed by 3 off days. This protocol can induce slightly stronger effects on days 3 and 4, while still preventing tolerance build up with 3 days off.
