DOSAGE
Our Macro-doses are not truly “Macro” in the sense of being a large dose. These are still considered to be a “Micro” dose, meaning they produce very low effects. The term “Micro-dose”, coined in 2011 by James Fadiman, was defined by him as 1/10th of a hallucinogenic dose. For psilocybin mushrooms this dose is considered to be less than 200mg. Our Macro-dose is perfect for those looking for a slightly stronger affect than the traditional micro dose and can be double/triple dosed for an even stronger effect.
Dosing Schedule 1: James Fadiman
Take 1 capsule every third day. This insures that all the psilocybin is metabolized and excreted within 3 days, to prevent your body from building a tolerance.
Dosing Schedule 2: Paul Stamets
Take 1 capsule for 4 consecutive days, followed by 3 off days. This protocol can induce slightly stronger effects on days 3 and 4, while still preventing tolerance build up with 3 days off.

This product contains 150mg (0.15g) of dried psilocybin containing mushrooms. Each bottle contains 30 capsules, meaning the entire bottle contains 4.5 grams of dried psilocybe cubensis mushroom.
Our Macro-doses are made with one of the most potent of all psilocybe cubensis mushrooms. We test all mushrooms used in our Macro-doses for potency and have found that they contain well over 2% tryptamine content. By comparison, the average psilocybe cubensis mushroom contains between 0.6 and 0.8% tryptamine content.
