Who we are

This site is run by Mammoth Mushrooms. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Mammoth Mushrooms, and “you” means the person who uses the site or places an order.

You must be 19 or older

You must be 19 or older to use this site and to buy from us. When you place an order, you confirm that you are.

Orders and prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars. We can change prices and products at any time. A change does not affect an order we have already accepted.

We can refuse or cancel an order, for example when a product is out of stock or a price was shown in error. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund the full amount.

Payment

You can pay by credit card or by Interac e-Transfer. Card payments are processed by Square; we never see or store your full card number. For an e-Transfer, the payment details come by email after you order, and your order ships once the payment arrives.

Using our products

Our products are for adults. Read the label and our safety guide before you take them. Keep them out of reach of children and pets. Do not drive or operate machinery after you take them.

The words, photos and design on this site belong to Mammoth Mushrooms. Please do not copy them without asking us.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential loss that comes from using this site or our products. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

We can update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
